I had the pleasure of dining at Katana Kitchen Hibachi, and it did not disappoint! The standout was definitely the salmon poke bowl—it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The salmon was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the mix of ingredients made for a perfect balance of textures.
The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, this spot is definitely worth a visit for fresh, delicious sushi, poke, and hibachi. Highly recommend!
