Ordered a Foot long BLT sub on the Subway website. Picked up the order, drove 15 minutes home to enjoy lunch. Ordered extra bacon There was no bacon on the BLT, none!!
Me and my husband mark come here for one reason and that’s how friendly one of the workers are he a tall guy and always wears his bandanna he’s the sweetest nicest employee out of all the statesville subways hes worked alone on multiple times when we’ve been there and even when busy he’s remained a sweetheart I thought he was the manager but he told me he was a employee subway well done on this worker well done
The employees didn't know how to make a wrap and as they were making it the ingredients were falling out into the other containers like the meat was falling out into the lettuce container, etc. The bathrooms were not clean and there was mold growing in the toilet. The drink machine was broken but they didn't tell us when we ordered the combo so then our only choice was tea which tasted terrible.

Subway offers fantastic sandwiches made quickly to order. The staff is honest and helpful, as one worker found and safely stored a lost purse until the owner returned. The food is good, fresh, and well put together, with a welcoming atmosphere. Despite a messy bathroom, the overall experience is positive, especially with friendly service and delicious subs that don't disappoint.
