Despite being short staffed and absolutely slammed, this KFC was able to provide my family (+1 friend) a delicious, hot, and timely meal served with a courteous manner. Even while other customers were complaining because of wait times (again, they were short staffed - there were only a couple people in kitchen and one on register), not once was an unkind word spoken from the staff and there were no smiles lost.
