Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Not clean. Bugs all in windows and dusty.

I’ll start by saying I’m pregnant and had an extreme craving for Olive Garden pasta and bread sticks. My husband went to get take out for us but when he came back his meal was missing so we split mine. I checked the receipt and we did pay for it. Unfortunately my container of pasta was only half full. My soup was mostly broth and kale, some potatoes but only two pieces of sausage. Fairly disappointed overall.

We had visited this location once before and it was amazing! So we gave it another try but was totally opposite experience. It was a Friday at 6 pm and not too crowded. We never got a bread a bread stick, sat with our drinks for lengthy periods of time with only one refill the whole time when we finally got one. We asked the person who brought our food to bring a drink refill and I watched someone in management pull her to waitress and no one came. I saw the server point as if to say she was supposed to bring us something. We ordered the dessert my child wanted on the kiosk to celebrate the occasion we came for because our server never came. Waited a long time for that to come too. Do better OG. The location was clean and beautiful. They had that going for them.

Tonight I was very disappointed in my service and food at the Statesville Olive Garden. We were there with my work family celebrating some of our co workers birthdays and half of our party got their food really quick and the other half got their food 45 minutes later when we asked where it was. And we were rarely checked on. Even though a few of us had the soup salad and bread stick meal. One of our meals was burnt and had to be sent back, it was just not a good experience at all. I’ve not had many good experiences at that location.

Worst olive garden ive ever been to. Staff is lazy and slow. Oh and whatever you do dont order curb side pickup because you will sit in your car until your fed up and go inside to get your food yourself. I sat there for 30 min or more.

Why settle for mediocre Italian food at a chain when we have several delicious local Italian restaurants? The food here is just ok. The staff does a good job, though.

It took 4.5 hours to get my food and then the food was cold so sent it back plus called corporate office on the establishment

My family went for Mothers Day today. It's usually pretty good. Today was different. Our waiter was ok. She was knew and needed help. If you have a party of 11 and she should have had someone assisting her. The manager and others were there and should have had someone or themselves helping. We waited to get our main course for over an hour‼️

I came to olive garden on a date. It was meant to be a special night, we ordered our food and never received it. The waitress stopped approaching our table and we ultimately waited an hour and 45 minutes before we decided to leave the restaurant still hungry. On our way out the door, another group of people were leaving complaining of the same thing, they had waited an hour before deciding to leave. I do not recommend wasting your time or your money at a place like this. I will not be coming back. You have been warned...

Poor management , poor front service, waiting time more than 30 minutes, but the only great service in this place was Emma the server great girl.

Ate there a couple weeks back, forgot to make a review, I was the first table that Server Certified Trainer Max got that day. I had a peach bellini ice tea, a light portion Lasagna, and Pasta e Fagioli. The tea was amazing, the perfect amount of syrup to tea ratio was amazing, she made consistent refills of soup, the portions were perfect, tea, and bread. The back of house made the soup perfectly, and the cheese was melted perfectly on the lasagna. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, needs more attention, very much a gem in Iredell county
