The worst Panera Bread I have ever been too. The front doors were locked at 7:15. Figured out the side door was open so we went in… asked someone in the kitchen if they were open. They said yes. Tried to order 3 different items.. they were out of all 3 … took about 10 min to order… homeless man sitting at the table …
No consistency! I ordered the same size soup as my daughter and she got a large bowl and I got a small. She got silverware and I didn't. The steak and white cheddar was very small and hardly any meat. They were out of what I went in to order. Very disappointed!!

However, some items like the kids grilled cheese and Strawberry Caprese salad are good. The restaurant has potential to improve customer experience and gain more business, especially with faster service and better order accuracy. Overall, the location is considered good, with food prepared carefully and served quickly at times, but some customers feel the portions are skimpy for the price.
