Wife ordered thru the app. Went to the store and it was closed with a note sorry closed at 4:00 pm. Wife was on hold 37 minutes with the call center with no one ever coming back on I called corporate and they took my info and said management would call me back in 1-3 days. Then I called the call center to try and see if I could transfer the order and the guy hung up on me! So we paid for an order that we were never able to get! They owe me $33.62 plus gas money for making a trip...read full review
Imagine walking in, being greeted awesome! Whilst a guy was waiting for 30+ minutes and 3 other customers waiting 20+ minutes. Not only that, one of the customers had just received the wrong food! Get this, after the I got my pizza, I opened it up making sure they had it right. All good there, boom… I get home and the pizza was cold.
