To be fair it was valentines night but to be fair they were just not that busy compared to other places. We waited 20 minutes for a table, expected but once we ordered food it was an hour and 10 minutes for food to hit the table and it was way overdone. Hubby and I had dinner @ RL on NYE (dinner out was a last minute decision). He was able to make a reservation (which I didn't know you could do @ RL). Our server, Marissa, was a delight!! Probably the best service that I have ever had at this location. My entree - the lemon basil mahi - was good (a little on the salty side) and the broccoli, which usually is spot on perfectly steamed was a bit 'mushy' - not enough to send it back and I ate it anyway.

I don't know what is up but the wait to be recognized at hostess desk is happening at all the restaurants we have visited in the last 6 months. This one is no different. We have walked out before. And wait staff saw us! Same today. (Two of us)
