We decided to do the new Cask to Cork your at Southern Distilling. I've done tastings before, but had never thieved directly from the barrel. The whole experience was so much fun! We got to sample different barrels, take notes and select our favorite. After that we got to thief from the barrel and bottle our choice. Matt and his crew were very helpful, informative and personable. My wife is new to the bourbon experience and these guys made her feel so welcome and comfortable....
