“AWESOME! Little Mom& Pop diner. We went for breakfast and I had two eggs oe and a 5oz hamburger steak with grits. My wife had the Western Omelet. My eggs and burger were cooked perfectly and the grits were nice and smooth. The omelet had sautéed onions and peppers in it which a lot of places just add raw veggies into the mix. It was done they way it should be and perfect amount of cheese. We got there about 8:45am and the morn rush was gone but it is a very small place with maybe a dozen tables and booths. We were thrilled with the service and my coffee cup was always full. Parkers is a place we will definitely go back to in the future. 👍😁“

“Let me start by saying that I loved Khia of Japan when they were on High Point Rd. I recently found out that they were Oak Ridge now. “The Loop serves as a great midweek light meal option when I don't feel like cooking, but the whole family can't decide on the same take-out option.

With that being said, I do NOT recommend drinking the water here. Something is definitely not quite right. It tastes like melting plastic every single time.

He ordered Pad Thai Shrimp and the taste was way off. We informed the man behind the counter and he politely and swiftly offered and made him a new dish and it was delicious. Very impressed with the customer service and the meals. I ordered Hibachi Chicken and my husband switched to the same.“

“This restaurant used to be our favorite. Since the new owners came, everything has gone down hill. The egg rolls are smaller and filled with more rice than anything else. The fried rice is just tan rice with nothing else added. Any dish that is served with vegetables, now expect the veggies to be served raw - uncooked with a sauce over them. The thinly sliced chicken has a lot of fat and gristle. Even the hot tea (overpriced) has a different taste. The last 2 times I ordered the Egg Fu Yung - I was really sick afterwards. If I ever go back I will just order noodle soup with no vegetables or chicken. The waitresses are very nice but I worry about what goes on in the kitchen. Their sanitary rating is low so the kitchen can't be too clean. There are other Chinese restaurants in the area that we will be trying.“

“What started as a $4.15 Happy Meal on a road trip the day after Christmas, proceeding to hungry and very angry parents late at night after several other restaurants ended up being closed or refusing to serve walk-in customers, ended with a $40 meal and the angel at the Jake’s Diner drive-thru.
