Great food, service, and prices. We always grab lunch at BHC when we are down in SB.

Sadly I will no longer be ordering my favorite meal from here. The vegan bowl used to be big and worth the price but today this tiny little foil plate doesn't hold very much food in it for almost $20.00.

My favorite açaí bowl ever! And great breakfast food, too. Get a bowl and take it to the park by the water!

Recently tried Beach House Cafe and they had amazing food. We had the sausage egg breakfast sandwich and the hamburger with roasted potatoes. Excellent service from the young man serving the bar, and the owner even gave us a few minutes of her time to converse with us. We have already returned for a second time!

Closed 12 minutes early. We had left the restaurant (Fibber McGees highly recommend) in a hurry to make it here for a to go cup of coffee and arrived at 2:48 and they had already locked their doors. They saw me try the door but didn’t bother opening

Food was very good, staff was nice. Only critique is a little too much ice in the Abbey’s fav coffee for my preference.

I went last week and it was such a nice experience. I've never given this place an honest chance and I'm glad I did because I'll definitely be coming back. I was helped by a server (I forgot her name but she goes to NC State) and she was so accommodating and helped navigate the menu. I got the Ruby sandwich per her opinion, and I loved it so much!

Abbey was so incredibly accommodating of my dietary restrictions!! Both dairy and gluten free and she made the tastiest sandwich, made with such care and passion. Wonderful service, even better food. A must visit if you’re in sunset beach!

The food was horrible my daughter burger was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside the Cesar salad was way over priced for thin pieces of chicken and jus lettuce for the small size the pasta salad was not good it was rice pasta and to sweet I'm very disappointed as as culinary chef I would advise not to eat here go to the Mexican restaurant next door it's Fabolous

Beware, this Cafe does not understand it when customers ask if there is an ingredient. I get internal bleeding when I eat onions. Today, I ordered the grilled vegetable sandwich and the chickpea salad. I asked when ordering both if they had onions. The guy at the register assured me that they did not. As they were getting ready to close, I took my food to go. The chickpea salad had tons of visible onions, so I did not eat it. I did not realize until I ate half of the veggie sandwich that it had big piece of onions. I'm in pain now and hoping that I do not have to go to the emergency room tonight. If you have food allergies, do not trust that this place will not kill you.

Beach House Cafe is tucked away in a shopping center around the corner from the Food Lion in Sunset Beach - was a little hard for me to find on the first trip. It is my favorite lunch spot in Sunset Beach due to the healthy options offered. I love the freshness and quality of the ingredients and the vibe and friendliness of the employees. I tend to be drawn to the weekly menu specials - loved the salmon BLT, the pasta specials and the avocado toast. They have occasional live music evenings to ask about those. I'm pretty particular about food so this is now my "go to" for lunch when I visit.
