We hear they have good eats, but when sauces, pasta, cheeses , and bread come together like this it is a symphony of flavor, your mouth will water at the thought of eating here , they start you out with homemade bread , and it just goes up hill with entrees, the staff is very attentive, a good time to be had by

Been wanting to try this Italian Restaurant based on all the great reviews. Let me say me wife and I do not dine at OG, Carrabbas, etc., as we have an appreciation for the finer italian cuisine. We finally made it to SB from Cherry Grove-NMB - an early dinner on Saturday. My wife ordered Veal Saltimbocca. and I had Veal Parm. Bread/salads were better than average. The sauce on the Saltimboca was a little different but not bad; red sauce on the veal Parm was ordinary - like super pureed tomato sauce (very little seasoning or tomato remants). Now the ridiculous - both pieces of veal were moderately thin and so overcooked it was like shoe leather. Needless to say we were disappointed. Server Nathan was great!

The staff was pleasant and courteous. Service was prompt. The food was delicious and big portions. Enough for lunch the next day. We will go back soon.
