Pizza was ready and hot when picking up. Customer service was in point. The store appeared to very clean upon walking in. I would definitely recommend. And would definitely order again from this location.

Their pizza got me physically sick. I ordered my favorite Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Had it many times from many Papa Johns, but first time here. I ordered it online for carry out. Ordered it at 5:00 and it was ready at 5:10. The recipe uses ranch dressing. They used too much and didn’t cook the pizza long enough. Just moved here… first and last pizza from this store.

We ordered a well done large pizza with multiple toppings that was to be picked up at 7:30. We arrived 10 minutes early to pick it up and it was sitting there for us warm not hot. It was not well done snd the toppings we ordered were hardly noticeable. We paid almost $40.00 for a soggy barely warm and undercooked pizza. I called the manager when I got home and he had nothing to say. Not even an apology. I will never order from Papa John's again.

Ordered online...1 medium cheese and 1 medium pepperoni....Cheese pizza was transparent to the point you could see the sauce and dough and they put ranch sauce instead of pizza sauce on my pepperoni pizza. Threw that thing in the trash. Called and fortunately Manager was nice and supposed to credit my card. Will check with bank here after holiday. He said he is training new crew. I may order again, I don't know. But yeah, order takeout I stead of delivery. Makes things easier

Papa John’s Driver risking lives on the Sunset Beach bridge to go around us and our children in our street ready golf cart like we didn’t belong there. They decided going up the wrong way to deliver their pizza yesterday 6:01pm was worth the risk of us and any on coming traffic on the bridge. We won’t be supporting this business now.
I regularly order pick up from the Sunset Beach, NC Papa John’s franchise and I haven’t ever had an issue. Tried to order delivery on 7/22 and Papa John’s had to cancel my order due to an unforeseen power failure. Totally understandable, I received an email apologizing for the cancellation, no complaints. Placed an order tonight 7/23 @ 9:15 and track my order to completion except it was never delivered, but I receive an email asking me to rate my delivery driver Tristan, except no pizza was ever delivered. Called to find out why it states my delivery order was delivered. Supposed manager on duty Christain states the delivery driver was unable to locate my address. I am less then 1.5 miles from the location in Sea trail, what do you mean you couldn’t find it. Porch light on, no phone call, nothing. I am completely polite when Christain claims he will do his best, but I will have to wait because he has tons of orders and only one driver. I say we will be patient. I call to check on pizza that is supposedly being remade and delivered and Christain lies and states he sent our order for the second time and the delivery driver still cannot find it and further lies that the delivery driver called my phone multiple times. These were all lies! My phone never rang, the porch light was on, heck multiple lights were on and I was sitting on the porch. No delivery driver ever came to deliver a pizza either time and they lied about calling my phone. I still haven’t received the email stating my order was was canceled and that I can expect my refund in 3-5 days like I received on
7/22 when there was a power outage. These people are lying and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be contacting the manager Hayden in the morning and the owner as well. I would think the owner would care about their employees behavior once it starts impacting their profit margins.

Pulled up to pick up my order and the degenerate papa John’s employees were out front smoking. Took a look at my order and it seemed a 5 year old tried to make it, it was hilarious to me thinking they actually tried. We should have looked at the reviews prior to ordering. Avoid this place. Lesson learned for us.

Ordered 2 pizzas and one was delivered. When I called he had a million excuses, like he only had one driver so hw had to use door dash, traffics bad. Etc. I just told him that I wanted my pizza. Then he said he didn't know how long it would be. I think he was hoping I would cancel the pizza.
The guys was super sweet and working hard!! We have had delivery b4 and she was a sweetheart

Ordered from the specials menu: large one topping stuffed crust and one bread side. Got home to realize my pizza was completely undercooked, dough was cold to the touch and my garlic sticks have no garlic on them!
