The food is authentic and fantastic. Mussels Marinara was piled high with tender mussels in a wonderfully spicy marinara sauce with linguini. I can’t recall the name of the special Florentine dish but it was an incredible pasta with roasted sun dried tomatoes and spinach swimming in the richest, creamiest Parmesan sauce I have ever tasted. With so many Restaurants to choose from in the Surf City, NC area, this is the perfect place to go, and our favorite. Everyone that works at Santorini's are as sincere and courteous as they come....from our server, (last time it was Ashley) to the owner, everyone is fantastic! The food is prepared to order, and with the best ingredients that truly makes all the difference in the world. A must try if you already haven't.
