Overall this place is just average. Food was adequate but nothing special. Wine list again adequate. Our service was the best part of the evening as the server was very friendly and attentive without hovering. Considering the prices of the entrees we expected much better food. Surf City needs to up their game with fine dining!
I was very unimpressed. At least I got stared-down in the parking lot. The food was not ... uh ... good. The staff seemed overly distracted by some sort of wedding going on downstairs.

I came here after my engagement this past weekend after hearing how great this place was. I will be honest, this place is over hyped. The service was amazing, I will say that. But their food was average at best. I asked for medium rare and got a rare steak. Which is fine, but even if the steak was cooked to my liking, I still wouldn’t consider it a GREAT tasting steak.
