Great place for coffee and ice cream! They have a good matcha and an excellent dirty chai latte. They also offer nondairy milks and oat based vegan ice cream! They use the Chocolate Shoppe brand from Wisconsin which is delicious.
After spending the past week trying all the ice cream places in Topsail, Sea Blue is by far the best ice cream around! My wife got the dairy-free flavor and it’s easily the most delicious dairy-free ice cream we’ve ever had. If you’re on Topsail and are craving ice cream, give this place a try.
