100% the best decision for our wedding caterers. Although I went in looking for just a wedding caterer, the team of Jan, Anne, and Joseph gave me so much more than that. I can't stay enough good things about Chef Anne. I am Indian and my husband is American. We wanted to have a fusion style meal which reflected both our cultures. I had some ideas of dishes in mind but not a full menu planned. Other caterers asked me to write down a full menu because "it seemed like I already knew everything". Anne approached our conversation differently though. She understood that I was looking for an iterative conversation and suggested some custom dishes. There was one dish concept that I knew I wanted on the menu (butter chicken skewers) but it was just an idea. There was no recipe or clear instructions for it - just our conversations. That said, when we went for our tasting, it was exactly what I had in mind! I was so impressed by Anne's understand of the multiple cuisines. She understood how different spices work in the Indian cuisine which can actually be quite complex. Her meals weren't overwhelmingly spiced with garam masala. Her matar paneer reminded me of home! And the fusion she created on stuffed tomatoes (bharela tamatar) was such a huge hit! I can go on and on about her wonderful cooking but let me wrap up by saying she is not just an impressive chef but also an incredible baker (she made the best lavender lemon cake and macarons for our wedding dessert) and an artist. Have you seen her instagram? Her food looks so beautiful! :) Combine Anne's food with the personality of her wonderful husband Joseph and you have got a super couple here. Joseph was out officiant. I wrote out my entire ceremony and was looking for someone to basically MC the event. The $500+ costs of officiants did not make sense to me so I reached out to Jan for suggestions on cheaper officiants while explaining the situation. Enter Joseph. This man is incredible. He brings in so much personality. With what I had explained to Jan, he really did not need to do anything outside of MC ing the event. But, he went the extra mile to add his own personal touch to the event which made the event so memorable. Multiple people asked where we found our officiant. He stopped by after the ceremony to give one last piece of advice to me and my husband. Jan really understood what I was looking for when she connected me with Joseph.Now, let me talk about the magnificent Jan. I may run out of character space because there aren't enough good words I can say about this lady. Let me summarize by saying that she was like a mother to me with figuring out how to get the most of my budget. She helped with whatever issue. There were vendors that said to me "well we are not a budget company", but not Jan. Our budget wasn't super low but not too extravagant either. I told Jan what I had planned and that food was one of the most important parts. She then spent an hour on the phone with me helping me save money where no one would notice (like gold rims water goblets etc.) Not once did she make me feel stupid or silly. She was an excellent communicator and was with me from Day 1 to Day -1 (brunch) and I am so excited to treat her to coffee when I see her next.The three of them are simply fantastic. There were no left overs from dinner because people ate it all :) Numerous people asked for their card. From the indian fusion menu to the southern brunch. EVERYTHING was phenomenal.THANK YOU Anne, Joseph, and Jan for making our wedding ABSOLUTELY UNFORGETTABLE!

I got married on 10/8/22 and we loved the food! We worked through Jan and she was so great and really on top of everything! We got rentals through her as well for a great price! My guest still talk about how good the mashed potatoes were. Half of our Tuscan Chicken somehow ended up at a different venue, so there was about 20min where our guest didn’t have chicken. But I got mine and it was so yummy! And once the problem was fixed Jan and her servers went around to every table and served them all chicken. They made a stressful situation into a future laugh and funny wedding memory. The nicest people and the most willing to work with your needs. I would highly recommend them for any catering service, even with the chicken hiccup

We used Anne's Custom Catering for an intimate wedding of about 50 people and cannot say enough good things about our experience, from the moment we scheduled our tasting to the day of the event. It was very important that we find a caterer who could accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets so all of our guests could eat well. Eat well they did! The menu offered is absolutely stellar and there are SO many good options to choose from (every single thing we tried at our tasting was delicious). The staff went above and beyond to help us find a menu that fit our needs and we still had guests talking to us about how excellent the food was a week after the wedding. Not to mention that the original plans for our wedding cake with another vendor fell through at the last minute, and Anne pulled together a beautiful AND delicious vegan wedding cake in <48 hours before the reception.
