As a fast food worker, I understand how frustrating it is to get a negative review. however, everytime I come through the drive thru, whoever is on headset is incredibly rude. They have been since they opened. I have let it slide multiple times, but today I couldn’t. I was trying to order, and was saying my food and waited for the man to respond so I could continue. As I said, as someone who works in fast food I order how I think is the most efficient way to order and how I like other people to order in my drive thru. the man on the headset never said anything for about 30 seconds, then says “so what do you want?” And I asked what because I was taken aback. That same man proceeds to take the order of not one but TWO other cars on the other order taker.

Talk to manager I only address two problems. Over cooked chicken,one sandwich rolled and squished wasn't even a sandwich.all sandwich tasted off and croissant stuck to wrapper. Taste like wax which means to melt the cheese they put whole thing in a wrapper in microwave. Now makes sense why. As far as over cooked chicken the cook and it's called quality control they are not robots they should know by looking at it it's over cooked and start over. I got I'll have look at fry times was a pass over and both of us worked in restaurant field so we know what's up . Manager Mathew was nice, and offered a fix ,but no thank you . Need a cook who knows their job and stop microwave the wrapper. Lazy way of melt cheese not to take the extra step

Better than McDonalds but still fast food. Even though it's MTO it's often faster than McDonalds, more accurate orders and better food.

Newly rebuilt. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. They were out of mozzarella sticks when I went but they offered an alternative.

They built back after the flood , and they've worked really hard to always have the dining room open. Best burger king in Swannanoa. .
The was cold I had a sausage, croissant and French toast sticks that was burnt and cold.. I waited about 20 minutes in line and the sweet tea is disgusting. I will not be going back there 🤮

Impossible Whoppers always hit the spot! Always enjoy some BK fries alongside with it too! Staff was friendly. I cannot give a general review of the inside sanitation and parking, because I took drive - through. What I did experience was pleasant!

No service kiosk only. Received plain burger too many people waiting for food to go back in and get order corrected.

Drive in order was terrible had to park my car twice to get the burger i ordered first they forget one burger then for second time they gave me a single burger when it was a doble whopper the girl with the pink hair was in a rush to leave and kept everybody waiting + her attitude wasn't nice at all
