Quite possibly the worst food i've paid for.
The donuts are terrible, taste like they are weeks old, dry, stale and nothing like when i was a kid.
I got breakfast before work the other day. My sausage cheese muffin was HORRIBLE. It tasted like rubber. They obviously dont even cook the food in store. Its microwaved or something. And the quality is worse than MC'Ds. My coffee was watery and weak. Plus my meal was super expensive, 15$ for breakfast for one person (2 sandwhiches and a plain coffee) !!!!!! I could have gone and actually had real food at a brunch place instead!

The jelly donut was disappointing because the jelly filling was very thick and too sweet. I got the frozen chocolate and that was an amazing drink!
I love this Dunkin.! The employees are polite and always carry on pleasant conversation if I have to wait for my order. Most times they are so prompt I feel they know my order before I do!

This is a one-off review for a single drive-through experience. The server passed a cup of coffee to me without securing the lid fully. The cup collapsed as soon as I received it, and scalding coffee exploded throughout my vehicle. It filled the passenger seat, a quarter inch of both cup holders, and splashed the windshield, dashboard, and instrument cluster. The worst part was the burns on my hand! The server offered to remake the order but I was too flustered to do anything but get the remainder of the cup secured in the cup holder and drive off.
I was dressed for a meeting, but had time to get to my room and dry off my suit pants, change the shorts, and run my hand under cool water. Most of the pain was gone by mid afternoon, but there were red marks the rest of the day.
Two things I learned: 1. Drive-through servers do not have time in a rush to think about checking the lids. 2. The cups are designed with a double thickness of paper that goes so close to the top of the cup that the lid has to be precisely applied to secure it.
I'll visit again, but maybe not via drive through.

Terrible customer service, no body that works there seems like they want to be there and they act like it's a privilege to be served when your paying for a coffee, the last 2 times I've purchased food or coffee from here the workers will yell at the top of their lungs my order is ready with a bad attitude. Then laugh about it with there friends in the back and smile, it's a complete wreck. Terrible environment.

They were cleaning the machine when we got there we told him we would wait but they went ahead and made her drinks and they tasted like cleaner. Let me call back they said they replace it but who wants to drink
