After multiple attempts of trying to go to this Dunkin and have an enjoyable experience; we will officially no longer be visiting this location due to the completely incompetent crew, in particular the weekend crew. Nobody has the patience to repeat the same order 6 times, wait for 30, then still get the wrong order. Do better.

The manager was quite weird saying I would have to owe her money just because I used my rewards points and forgot to order my reward after my regular order. Other than that its pretty standard service just wish I would've gotten my free hash browns but oh well im not gonna argue over that💀

Sitting in th dining room I've had to listen to a nasty mouthed female employee talk for th last 45 minutes. Th language is filthy. Th stories are inappropriate. Th fact that I can hear every word is another issue. Poor Swananoa is REALLY struggling. There's another coffee shop NICE across th street that I will be going to from now on! So gross and rude! Be wary of this place.

Everybody knows this place is run by kids, but at the very least they could make sure it’s run by kids that are going to care about the quality of things. Today I got a breakfast sandwich and two donuts. The donuts were easily two days old. I took a few bites out of the sandwich and realized right away something was off, and I am currently in the throes of food poisoning. Do better.
