Everything here was amazing, the people, the food, the atmosphere. They have silverware, sauces, and to go boxes right up at the front counter so you don't have to ask. The pulled pork was so good! I tried a variety of sauces and I liked them all. The habanero sauce is probably my favorite, the sweet and tangy and the okie dokies sweet smokehouse sauce were both good too. Everything came on recyclable plates too for easy clean up! Sodas were a little flat but that happens and they had sweet tea, unsweetened tea, and lemonade as well. Everyone there was so sweet!

I have been to this place for several years off and on and watched thing change it was my go to bbq spot but from my experience today and for the price I could have just when to Phil’s bbq in black mountain and got more food for that 13 dollar for my order the slaw wasn’t even worth trying cause it was so little amount and you use to get steak fries now you get over salted crinkle fries and the bbq sandwich was good but that was the only thing it had going for it I really never saw myself ever making a review like this and I am a local live 5 mins for okie dokies warning what ever you do don’t fall for the daily lunch special it’s 11.99 for a bbq sandwich baked bean a tiny cup of slaw and chips and yes I said chips looks just like the ruffles you buy in the store

The only thing we really loved was the pork. The chicken was meh, the hush puppies were lacking flavor, and the fries were cold.
