Lee's few workers at Subway honestly don't know how to make bread apparently because they're not baking the bread long enough and even after the bread is toasted if you order a toasted sub it's so soggy within like an hour's time that you can't even eat it it's the bread just mushes and falls apart and I don't like that gross I want a well proof and well-baked piece of bread I don't want to rock I'm not asking for you to make one so hard that it's going to break the freaking counter if you hit it on it but when bread is under baked considerably it gets soggy with any kind of toppings on it and when you order a sub that has wet toppings on top of it you might as well just plan on eating a mush sandwich it literally was like they don't my bread in water before they put the toppings on it I've never had a sub that soggy in my life
Parking: This location is connected to a gas station so the only parking is at the very very edge of the lot because you can't park and block the pumps so it doesn't leave you but maybe five open parking spots for all the customers of subway

Aaron, Ashton, and Philly were amazing at making customers feel at home. On a long road trip it was a wonderful place to stop for lunch. They lifted our spirits after being on the road for hours. Lettuce in the condiments area was questionable. Young girl reached in to the lettuce container where you could clearly see the lettuce was old and rotting. I stopped her and asked her to use the other lettuce container that was clearly fresher. This was on Monday 2/26/24 at noon. See photoManager needs to verify all food is fresh and safe at this location.

I wish I could remember the girl's name who made our sandwiches. But she was the best I've ever seen. Very friendly and service oriented.And she had our sandwiches made almost by the time we finished ordering.
Best subway I’ve ever eaten at. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the sandwiches are made exactly how you want. I got a BLT today and was asked if I wanted my bacon crispy or normal which is never an option at other subways. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and they genuinely seem to love their job and helping the customers. I work in Asheville but live in hickory so I make a point to stop and get a sub when traveling i40 west.

One of their staff spent 20mins making the order because he was hitting on my underage daughters, and he ended up getting the orders wrong.I would not recommend this place.They were there on 2/2/24 at around 8:30pm.

Months ago when I went to get subs we walked in the door and then got told that they were busy but other customers walked in and they took their order but after we walked in the door the lady in front of us paid our order. About a month ago I went in there to get subs and the employee there begged for a tip because she had to make our subs and I went in there today to get subs when we walked in the door she went for a smoke break and didn’t come back until our subs was almost done making the subs and got mad because I brought coupons in for the subs and got told it was coupon per visit and the employee was just flat out rude as h***
