Great local spot! Great drinks and food next door! Check 'em out!
Place was clean and well Maintained. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had in any rental, hotel, AirB&B etc.i would give this a 10/10 however there was an issue that to me was pretty big but was resolved. I made the reservation online payment was made yet I received no confirmation or follow-up. I called the phone number on the site four different times and sent an email asking for a confirmation. We took the chance and went to the property. It is located above a few other businesses. I asked one of the other business owners if they knew how I could get in contact with the owner. Luckily they were able to connect me with the owner. Jessie was great, he immediately got a hold of the property manager and connected us. Supposedly it was a computer error. If I had not taken it upon myself to ask another business for information and lucky enough that they had the information we could have been stranded. I would give this stay a 9/10 only because of the connection issues. However I want to say that Jessie was amazing and for that we would stay at this property every time we are in town.
Quaint rooms in a great location. Pleasantly clean and comfortable rooms!Walkability: You can walk anywhere you want to go in Swansboro, just about. A lot of great places to eat and things to see. The fishing is amazing!

What a gem!! Location could not be better. Room was clean, updated and comfortable! Walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Street parking can be a challenge but park and walk or use an uber. Loved Willy Nillys, Dinis Martini Bar and Jordans Restaurant and Smokehouse!

A little cramped, lots of beer on tap, in a nice part of town, great service and great food. My favorite is the Caprese Pita.EDIT OCT 2022: I wrote this review when it was called the Church St Pub, I’m not sure if the owners are the same or if they changed the menu/foods they use but if it’s anything like it was 4 years ago when I initially wrote this review, it’ll be amazing.
You really need blackout curtains if you turn all those lights on all night! It was like daylight. There is no glass to drink out of and no place to get breakfast. Coffee is good and bed is nice. Not apple people so we don't stream. Can't find anything we can watch. All in all we won't be back!

We were in Unit 7, the room was very comfortable and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are located in a nice area with restaurants and shopping. Check-in and check-out was easy, smooth process. We would love to visit again.
Perfect location and wonderful studio. You can tell a lot of attention to detail went into this place of rest and relaxation. Will definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants and shops. Parking is a little sparse but once you park no need to get in your car until you are ready to head home.
Excellent food! Madeline was our server and she was amazing.

Brooklin’s Angry Irishman’s are THE BEST.
We love it here. It's homey and everyone is really friendly. We were sad to hear that they're selling but best of luck to them in their future endeavors!
Just showed up to have lunch and place is closed. Doesn't reflect that on Google. Owner please update ! ?
