I absolutely love this McDonald’s. The staff is always very friendly, and that’s so rare to find in fast food these days. However, I just ask one thing of this location…for the love of God, PLEASE stop over-baking your biscuits in the morning! The past three times I’ve gotten an egg and cheese biscuit, the biscuit has been as hard as a rock, and it’s not golden, light, and fluffy, but rather almost chard. First, im a regular at this McDonalds. I live close. I have been working in customer service for 30 years. I would NEVER talk to my customers as the manager (Marie) does on the morning shift. This morning Marie took my order and my money with attitude. If you dont like your job, find one u will enjoy. If this was my buisness this is not someone I would want running it for me. I'm not trying to trash a bussiness on Google just merly make the senior leadership aware of their establishment. So never do I go in and sit down but today the kiddo desided to go in, immediately I noticed that the floors were dirty and the tables had not been cleaned in a while. Food I would say "it's fast food" it was a little cold and the chicken may have been a little old. Sevice was 10 out of 10. Lobby well, disgusting, please help this McDonalds. Need...
