Attentive staff, mouth watering fried chicken, dirty rice, corn on the cob, savory brown gravy, green beans, pintos, made from scratch biscuits with a buttery and satisfying taste makes this the premier franchised American hang out for the best fried chicken.
They also have sandwiches, breakfast, and more and their food handling techniques generally keep menu items of every kind delicious and worth the menu price.

This store is typical of the fast food scene in Sylva. It's hit or miss. Inconsistency reigns supreme. Sometimes, the chicken is on point and sometimes just barely edible. I've given up on their strips because those have been overcooked and greasy every time. Order bone in chicken and there is a 50/50 chance they'll be excellent, or close to it.
