Every time I go to this Starbucks, my drinks are messed up. The foam ratio to the cold brew is not the right consistency , and just melts right into it, 9/10 times they're out of malt powder or whatever it's called. The flavors of all the drinks are completely off. if I'm paying $7.50 for a coffee I want it made correctly. No other Starbucks has these issues. Please, get it together. I would go to a different one, if there was another close enough to choose from.
Coffee taste very weak most of the time. I have to order extra pumps so it’s not watery and I pay for them along with the coffee cost. They sometimes close early and no warning. I drive a long way to frequent this establishment and sometimes they close hour or more early. I arrive and they are closed during posted business times.
