The worker was quite pleasant, but McDonald's food has declined greatly in recent years. The burger was swimming in grease. The place was clean, but there were two homeless people causing a disturbance.
This location, Sylva, keeps getting worse over time. I waited 30 minutes for an ice cream cone. Went inside after some time and was ignored. When I order food it’s smothered in their rehydrated onions which I’ll ask not to be on my food. It’s better in the mornings but there’s still a long wait especially if you do curbside. I’ll gladly travel to Franklins Georgia road location which is the best and fastest location around or even waynesville which isn’t that good...read full review

The lady taking the order in the drive-through seemed to be on fentanyl (twenty minutes to get to the drive-through when there are five cars). The sandwiches seem to be slapped together by chimps. When I confronted the manager I was told "Oh, well, prove it."These airheads want more money than the local teachers to do this? Get bent Mcdonalds!
