We always have a friendly welcoming when we come to Sylva Jack the Dipper. All of the employees we have encountered are very kind, fun and helpful. However, Marian makes the perfect waffle cone in our opinion. crispy yet still soaks in the creamy ice cream at the end without leaking through. please take not to how she makes her cones, it makes for a more pleasant eating .
