It’s so rare to actually have a good experience at this Zaxbys. The orders are always wrong, they’re out of main items, it takes way longer than you would think, service is bad, and the food is never as good as you hoped. It’s worth the drive out of town to get better Zaxbys!
The manager at this location is a total joke - somebody should tell her that her boyfriend should be fired and not coddled; his “jokes” will offend more people than they’ll incur a laugh from. The food is always subpar and the service is horrendous. Better off going to another Zaxby’s location.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has awesome workers who are always awesome and get customers what they need. The food is usually great, and the inside is always clean. A specific meal mentioned is 20 tendies, which were ordered to go. There were less than 20 tendies in the bowl, with a taste test on the drive home.
