First they had pull forward to wait 5 minutes just to hand me some else's order. I took the order back inside and they were just about to give the car behind me my order. Never the less the chicken sandwich was NOT good. The chicken tenders had to much batter...the fries were barely warm. The best thing I had were the fried pickles ...that's the only reason they get two stars from me. Not worth my time to even take pictures...I threw most of it in the trash.
Paid over $30 for an order. Chicken tenders tasted burnt because the fry oil is obviously dirty. Fries were soggy. Cheddar bites were cold. I normally have no bad experiences with Zaxby's, but tonight was not one of those times. Very disappointed.

Night crew is not very attentive or polite. The teenage girls working the front are always talking about “weird” kids at school, which I think is gross. Weird kids turn into weird adults, and as one of them, it rubbed me the WRONG way. At least wait until after work or keep your voice down.
