There were plenty of employees, none would acknowledge the customers standing at the counter waiting to order. We almost walked out after 10 minutes of standing there. This restaurant had the nastiest restrooms we've ever experienced, there were feces all over one stall, all over the walls and toilet and it looked like it had been there for a long time. The toilet seat in the other stall was peeling badly and looked disgusting as well. And at 8pm, there were no lights on in the dining area.

This place is terrible at giving the sauces you need... Bought a $10 salad, got home... No ranch.... Threw the whole thing in the trash...

After getting in the drive through line at around 630 and not receiving my food until 7:10 I would have at least expected fresh fries. I've worked at 2 separate zaxby's under no circumstance should it take over 30 minutes to clear 4 cars.

Got a 20 piece finger tossed in hot honey mustard from the drive through, I get home no sauce on them and one pathetic cup of honey mustard. I even made sure the drive through person got that I wanted the sauce on them as this is the second time this has happened. The fingers were also over cooked as the fry was hard as could be and chicken dryer than the Sahara. This place used to be good, but clearly management has let the standards start slipping. Definitely will not be back as this is the second time and the price of the food doesn't match up with the quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The Sylva location of Zaxby's is a joke. Don't go if you actually expect fast service. My fiance and I like to get salads from here for lunch every once in a while and it doesn't matter what time of day or how many people are in front of you, you are guaranteed to waste close to 30 minutes or more trying to get through the drive thru. Today I got there at 1:50pm and there were 2 cars in front of me in the line. One was sitting at the order menu and I heard the employee on the speaker ask them to wait a moment. After sitting there for 10 minutes, the car in front of me left. After 15 minutes, the car at the menu was finally able to order and I pulled up and was also asked to wait a moment. I sat there for another 10 minutes and finally gave up. That is the longest I have ever waited with such a short line and I only waited that long because the line was so short I did not imagine it would take that long. I also heard a lot of loud voices coming from the back of the store and thought it sounded like possible arguing or something and after waiting that long I decided the food probably wouldn't be worth eating anyway. No other fast food places take as long as Zaxby's does. I understand a lot of places are short handed and I try to be understanding and patient but that was just ridiculous today. It is pretty slow most of the time anyway but today was the worst I've ever seen and it wasn't even busy.

The service at this restaurant is awful we have a family of 5 and waited for our food for well over 30 mins and after going to the counter and asking about our food the excuse was they was waiting on chicken but that was bull as they served 5 people after our order and they all had chicken. Didn’t see no manager and it was noticeably by how the employees worked and the lack of everything. Got food and 3/4 of it was completely cold ! I wouldn’t recommend this zaxbys it obviously has a manager problem or employee problem .

Literally sitting in the restaurant writing this. We've been here for about an hour and we have asked twice what's going on. The excuse is they are waiting on the chicken.... Even though 6 people who came in after us have already been served. The service is terrible here. Definitely not coming back to this location again!Received cold food after waiting an hour....

Night crew is not very attentive or polite. The teenage girls working the front are always talking about “weird” kids at school, which I think is gross. Weird kids turn into weird adults, and as one of them, it rubbed me the WRONG way. At least wait until after work or keep your voice down. Making fun of people where customers can hear you is NOT cute. This is a really small town, so I hope somebody hears them talking about their child and sets them straight.Management has always been kind to me though.

I made the mistake of placing an online pickup order. DON'T DO THAT. I got to there to pick it up at 8pm and their dining room was already closed and there was like 30 cars in line in the drive thru. I called them to ask how I could pick up my order without having to wait in the ridiculously long line, and they said I just had to wait and there was nothing they could do. Told them to cancel my order, and the very unhelpful lady said she couldn't do that. So I ended up just leaving without getting my food since it was going to take at least 30 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Ridiculous

I have been to thos location hopping that the service will be better. Each time the wait in the drive thru took too long. The last visit took 30 min. I tried again today and I got to the intercom for hear they were only taking cash at the window. I added them could I go inside and pay with my credit. Her response, " doesn't look like it.," I am so disgusted by this location. The management needs to change.

I am writing this review sitting in the drive thru. I have been in this line for 45 minutes now. I heard someone in the intercom tell me to go away. It wasn’t the lady taking my order I think it was the employee who was standing around with his hands in his pockets. I paid for my food 15 minutes ago and there are still 3 cars in front of me waiting for their food. At least 3 cars behind me have just left. This place was supposed to close 10 minutes ago and I can see people cleaning but no one working on my food. I overheard the car in front of me order and the guy who took his order had no idea how to ring anything up. I hate to show up at a place right before they close but they were still open for another half hour when I got here and there was only 3 cars in front of me

This is the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. Food was terrible, they shorted me 2 tenders, a piece of bread and one of my entire entrees. Finally went back and got the stuff just for it to be all cold. It's terrible.
