El Mercadito is more than just a Mexican grocery store, offering a restaurant, money transfer, and check cashing services. Customers praise the delicious pork sopa with a variety of toppings. The friendly staff contribute to the welcoming atmosphere. Known for authentic Mexican food, this place is preferred over neighboring restaurants. Visitors recommend trying the salsa bat and chips with a cold beer. Customers often order large quantities of meat, particularly the tender carnitas and steaks, paired with excellent tortilla chips and salsa.
