I usually come here whenever I come to visit my Sister. In the almost 2 years since last visit, the quality of food and service has dismissed to just average.
It was almost empty, too.

Rude. Called in a to go order on my lunch break. They will not accept cards for orders under $10. I didn't know that. & the guy's way of telling me was reaching above his head & taping a sign w a pen. I had CALLED IN the order. So, I left & went back to work w no food.

I love this place! Colima's has been a staple in the community for a very long time. The menu is full of delicious food. The people that work there are amazing and on top of their services.

I recommend the Chicken Tortilla Soup! It is a gift for your soul. The flavor profile is robust, and it's packed full of love! The Poker Plate is perfect for the meat lovers! And the blue margaritas are for anyone having a stressful week.

Also, I wanna end my review by sharing the fact that Colimas supports local youth sports, and educational programs. They are active in the community, and not just offering amazing food at an affordable rate (even more important these days).

We were a party of 11 arriving in Sylva for the weekend. This place came highly recommended by our niece so we tried it out. Service was great, food was even better and pricing was in line with other Mexican restaurants. If you’re ever in the Sylva area give it a try.
