Have a good breakfast and a short wait time.. the ladies behind the counter were super friendly and actually seemed to care about the service they provided which...let's face it... Is not easy thing to find now days. Also the bathroom was clean and sanitary which is always a good sign.. lol

Went to the Sylva, NC Hardee's after getting off of work tonight. Pulled up into the drive-thru and asked about one of their combos. When the person in drive-thru stated I'm sorry we almost are out of food for the night we close in 10 minutes. So when I asked her if she can make a burger she stated let me check and then a minute later came back and said no we are out of food we can't make a burger. I find it odd that you're not closed yet but you're unable to make any food.

The Sylva NC location is far superior to the ones in my area. Big fluffy biscuit! Not so impressed with triad locations.

My wife and I stopped in at this restaurant about 445 yesterday. Ordered the big cheeseburger and fries and a drink and ever since we ate there I have had massive amount of diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pains. This restaurant gave me food poisoning and my wife food poisoning. I will find a way to contact the owner. I had to miss a full day at work because of this also and I work for myself this restaurant needs to either be shut down or completely redone because the store in Franklin. I’ve ate there tons of times and never got food poisoning, but I will never eat this Hardee’s ever again

My husband and I were there yesterday around 4:45 the service was good but the food was not we both got the #7 the big cheeseburger combo the burgers were majorly overcooked and didn't taste right at all and the fries were so hard we couldn't eat them and we ended up sick after eating there vomiting and the runs definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND at all
Hadn't been here for almost a year. Better than it used to be. Workers are very friendly and helpful.

Food was good, only reason it gets a lower score is because they gave me a sausage patty instead of a side of gravy… workers were just getting into work in their pajamas and it was 11:00 I had to wait 45 minutes for an online order and watched 5 cars go by after I had gotten there. Overall not a good experience

Such nice employees! Brittany and her team work to take care of their guests. They made fresh French fries for me and WOW, yum! I also had a double cheeseburger that was delicious!
