I’ve ordered from here countless times over the last few years, and to say the service is volatile would be an understatement. From the store taking items off the app to having phone calls ignored until the store closes the service here is abysmal. I wouldn’t have even bothered writing a review if it wasn’t for my most recent order. I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and crazy bread which shouldn’t take long, but instead my order was given to someone else entirely. Instead of the store remaking my food, or giving me a refund they pawned that responsibility to the dasher which had just been switched to my order. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a company like this.

Rude service, the girl working was extremely rude and also tried to say you guys were out of stuff on your menu that you aren’t actually out of. Went back to pick up my order dealt with another person and was able to order the last of what I actually wanted. Customer service training is much needed.

Not hot and ready more like hot in 30 minutes. Apparently Little Caesar’s doesn’t pre-cook anything anymore. I was told I can call ahead but if I’m calling ahead I’ll get better pizza for a wait! The no wait was the best part of Little Caesar’s. :/

At about 3pm October 8, 2025, I ordered 4 pizza and few small things. It started to get busy the young man in the sylve location was awesome. He did great. I dont know his name but I wanted to give him a big shout out for a job we'll done.

Much better lately then it was before. They have some great new employees(teenagers) that are super kind and welcoming always smiling. since they have been there the pizza isnt undercooked anymore and the enviornment is much better.
I tried to call the sylva location to place a carry out order they answered the phone, but would set the phone down. And I could hear them working in the background, or they would answer the phone and immediately hang up on me. I called 20 times. Not an exaggeration if I could post my screenshot i took of my call log i would bc I have proof. Needless to say this sucks and the workers at this location DEFINITELY suck. Very disappointed and highly pissed off. If I could give zero stars I would and im going to be contacting the corporate office or somebody hire up with my complaints, not that it's going to make any difference. But I hope whoever the workers are at the location This evening have to listen to a higher up chew them out

Every single time I come to this location, I receive an attitude from some staff members and when I pay I’m asked to give a tip. Specially the old Bald man that works the register and makes pizzas. Word of advice, if you’re overworked by your location, alterations should be made for a good work environment for employees and decency in treatment for the consumer.

Love the pizza here, it is always amazing and very affordable in this economy. I recommend picking up your pizza in-store as I've had to wait 10+ minutes from the long line at the drive through multiple times, but that's just due to the success of the business.
I would recommend always making an online order just in case due to the business volume, but several times I have gotten lucky and was able to get something immediately hot and ready without having to wait or order. Parking is a bit hard as spots are limited.
