I tried to call the sylva location to place a carry out order they answered the phone, but would set the phone down. And I could hear them working in the background, or they would answer the phone and immediately hang up on me. I called 20 times. Not an exaggeration if I could post my screenshot i took of my call log i would bc I have proof. Needless to say this sucks and the workers at this location DEFINITELY suck. Very disappointed and highly pissed off. If I could give zero stars I would and im going to be contacting the corporate office or somebody hire up with my complaints, not that it's going to make any difference. But I hope whoever the workers are at the location This evening have to listen to a higher up chew them out

Every single time I come to this location, I receive an attitude from some staff members and when I pay I’m asked to give a tip. Specially the old Bald man that works the register and makes pizzas. Word of advice, if you’re overworked by your location, alterations should be made for a good work environment for employees and decency in treatment for the consumer.

Love the pizza here, it is always amazing and very affordable in this economy. I recommend picking up your pizza in-store as I've had to wait 10+ minutes from the long line at the drive through multiple times, but that's just due to the success of the business.
I would recommend always making an online order just in case due to the business volume, but several times I have gotten lucky and was able to get something immediately hot and ready without having to wait or order. Parking is a bit hard as spots are limited.

8pm on a Thursday and the cashier says they are not making stuffed crust anymore tonight. Didn't have wings and the floor in the back needs to be cleaned. I am a local and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this place. The cashier would not make eye contact and was very rude. I don't normally give bad reviews bc it does hurt our businesses in sylva. But rude and lazy to make certain pizzas other then pepperoni pizza needs to get pointed out.
