This has to be the absolute best breakfast and lunch in the Sylva area. The staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome. If you are in WNC, skip Asheville and come to Lucy in the Rye.
The food is good. The breakfast burrito I has was huge so I had to take some of home. We had biscuits and gravy and the gravy had a very unique taste. It was a little spicy. I would eat there again.
First time dining there, it was my birthday- server told me I was ‘bold’ to try a new spot on such a big day. Lol especially in this economy….
Anyway, super friendly and accommodating server paired with a spot on spanakopita. 5/5 Will go back to try one of the Benedicts soon.
