The Big Mac I ordered was 80% special sauce and burgers were cold! I also ordered a chicken sandwich it was black!! Completely burned. I spoke to the manager. I asked her if she’d would eat it? Then why are the employees serving burned food? Her response was that’s why I had him make you a new one! Managers name is Theo. I had to wait for it to be made. 6 customers had ordered, eaten and left. There I was still waiting on the Fugging sandwich. This is not my first time there. Food is HORRIBLE AND SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD!!

I have found that it does not matter what time you go here the lines are long for no reason. The food is hit or miss with it being hot or cold. The food quality is not good at all, I can't even eat the double cheese burgers because the meat smells bad. The service is hit or miss.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Roll up to the drive thru around 7:30 with no one in line. Place an order for a small fries and McDouble with nothing on it (since it’s my dogs birthday and he always freaks out driving by a mcd) we roll up to window 1 and pay. (The lady working had a bad attitude.) we immediately get to the next window to sit and wait for over 14 mins to be given cold food. Luckily it was for my dog so temp didn’t matter too much but after waiting 14 + mins with no one opening the window or let us know we’re still cooking it or whatever. Instead for those entire 14 mins the food just sat there… getting colder and colder every moment.
