The people who work here at night on 08/19/25 have horrible work ethic I got off from a 14 hour work shift and showed up at the drive through at 10:48 wanting dinner cause everything is closed and I haven’t had a chance to grocery shop in a week,the store says it closes at 12, they ignored me and several cars at the drive through and hid from the windows so no one could see them inside and locked the doors so no one could come in, this is outrageous please hire new crew members there’s so many people around this area that really need work and have great work ethic and great attitudes.

I don't need McDonald's often and my last visit reminded me why. The service in all is okay but the food is too salty!
This is the slowest McDonald's, I come buy at least 4 days aweek , and at least 2 orders are wrong . I guess my bad for not checking. Tonite all I ordered was a kids meal chicken nuggets I get home and no fries . I googled the McDonald's in sylva and called the number not even sure that was the number. The answer machine said nothing about McDonald's very unprofessional. I guess I'm gonna have to start driving down the road to Burger King. It's a little farther, at least I would get better service.I believe

Out of my 37 years this is the best McDonalds experience I have ever had. There is not one negative thing that I can even remotely think of for this McDonalds.
This store has now set my expectation bar extremely high for all McDonalds.
Everyone is super nice, we dined inside and it was clean, even the bathrooms!
We went through drive thru (late) and it was just as amazing as dining in for lunch.
I am just blown away at the service, food and atmosphere of this McDonalds!!!!

The worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. They won't answer the phone, I guess it's cause they get so many complaints. This place is a joke, and the employees want 12-15 $ an hour. They don't deserve minimum wage. Fire the whole staff, cause this makes McDonald's look bad. Terrible, what a joke.

This is a very busy McDonalds, the people were very friendly , the place was clean, but the food was garbage. This McD is not my usual . A very simple order was gross. They can make it right. I have a double cheese burger and fries. Medium fries have empty, semi warm. Double cheese burger bun burnt and the patties burnt and overcooked. Horrible but I was hungry . Should have complained. Will find somewhere else to eat next visit to Slyva

I went there around 8pm on may 25, I got large sweet tea and a large coke. They tried giving me watered down sweet tea and their excuse was “it just had too much ice in it which makes it that color.” I said yea because it melted which means it’s watered down. “They said no ice makes it lighter” but ice melts meaning it was probably sitting there all day and wasn’t fresh either so i swapped it to coke and they gave me a medium instead of large but yeah. They rather not make fresh sweet tea and add water to make it work.
