Susan did a great job making our wedding cake and all the desserts for our “sweet treat station.” We wanted a non-traditional cake, and she was able to help us brainstorm ideas and dessert combinations that really represented us as a couple. Susan was always very communicative during the whole planning process, and answered emails in a timely manner.Having a gluten allergy, I was extremely nervous about finding a vendor who would take my dietary restrictions seriously. Susan went above and beyond to make sure everything was gluten free and prepared safely for me, and she even made everything dairy free so those with dairy allergies could enjoy things freely as well. Susan has a lot of knowledge with keeping someone with allergies safe, and the quality of her food is superb. Our guests were messaging us the next day saying just how great everything was!Susan was able to deliver our sweet treats on our wedding day, and set up the whole dessert station with limited supervision. It was refreshing to know she would take care of things day of since we really were in a million directions at that point.I couldn’t recommend booking Susan enough for your wedding day, or other significant celebration. You will not be disappointed since she provides exceptional service, and is overall truly wonderful to work with.
