Usually, if I order at the restaurant, my sandwich is fine, but online is always a gamble. Today, I ordered online, and my sandwiches were way wrong. Ordered double meat on one sandwich (bacon & chicken, which I paid extra for), there was no double meat, and they put steak on it as well.. The other sandwich was totally wrong, missing ingredients I ordered. I paid extra for bacon, which was not on there, and they put chicken and steak on it.. only ordered chicken and bacon, as well as some veggies (some of the veggies were missing, too). Called in, and they offered to remake them for free, which is fine, but it's the principle of how wrong it was, and I just wanted my money back. Went in for the refund and was told they couldn't put it back on my card and could do cash only.. Kind of irritating, but whatever. Was told that they only refunded the sandwiches, not the chips, which I understand. What I don't understand is why they didn't give me back the $8 I tipped?? The food was wrong, so regardless of the fact that they made the sandwiches, why would I tip them when they were wrong and I had to drive out of my way to go get my money back?? When I asked why it wasn't a full refund, I was met with attitude from someone who seemed like they were looking for a fight when I wasn't behaving in a manner that warranted that kind of behavior. I'm not sure that I will go back to this location solely based on the interaction that took place today.
My experience was not great. It hardly ever is at this location so I’m not sure why I keep coming back. Saturday I ordered online around 12:55, and it said it would be done at 1:10. At 1:10 it wasn’t ready, not a big deal. I let them know I was there and they didn’t have to toast it if it’s easier. Around 1:25 I realize they just aren’t going to make it so I got in line and got it made that way and left around 1:30. On top of all that, there were only 4 loaves of bread left, all 4 were wheat, which isn’t what we ordered. Again, not the worst but my daughter doesn’t love wheat so she was a little disappointed and just ate the chicken off the sub. I know you guys get a steady line of people but you really need to figure something out to get online orders done as well. The time before this I tried using a coupon in the store for 3 FT’s at a certain price, your scanner wasnt working so the employee just said sorry and we paid full price. Again on its own not a huge deal. I just feel like I leave disappointed every single time I come here.
I made an order online through the Subway app using a Subway gift card. I ordered multiple items to be delivered to my address. When I received my order, multiple items were missing. I made a customer complaint through the Subway app and requested for some sort of compensation for the missing items. The owner, Scott, gave me a very generic and poor response with no resolution to my request for compensating items his employees missed. In the generic email, he did provide his email if I wanted to discuss further. I sent a response to his email and I have been ignored for over 10 days. My negative review could have been avoided with proper communication, which the employees and owner have apparent issues with (especially with taking payment and not fulfilling my whole order). I will not be eating at this Subway as well as other stores this owner has.
The Subway location I usually visit is on WCU's campus since that is the closest location to me, but I have passed this location many times when I have gone into town. We recently got a $10 gift card to Subway, so I ordered ahead on the Subway app to use it. I ordered an Ultimate B.M.T. footlong with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, toasted, provolone as my cheese, and lettuce, cucumbers, oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper, salt, oregano, and parmesan cheese for my toppings. My partner got the Elite Chicken and Bacon Ranch footlong. We used a discount code to get both footlongs for $12.99 total, so with my gift card, I only paid about $4 out of pocket for the two footlong sandwiches. I will say that without the discount code, I likely would not have purchased the footlongs as they would be over $25 if we did not use it. We placed the order and it was ready for us by the time we got there. My order was made perfectly and it tasted great. I always appreciate when an online ordering option is available, and the people working were very efficient and nice!
Poor management, ran out of bread at lunch time today. You are a sub shop….how was that allowed to happen? Said 11 minute wait time on door for fresh bread but then was told in person they would be unable to give me an estimate and that it could easily be an hour. They should get a new manager.
I stopped at this Subway for lunch today at 12 o’clock. As soon as I walked in the door, I was informed that they didn’t have any bread rolls and only had flat bread. I was disappointed but decided to try one of their new dippers. I chose the pepperoni and cheese option. They offer three different sauces, but none that sounded good with pepperoni. I asked if I could have marinara sauce instead and they obliged. It was surprisingly very good! Their cookies are always tasty.

Last 2 times I’ve ordered online my sandwich is incorrect. Did not put the sauces on I asked for. Mayo and sweet onion teriyaki. My favorite part about subway is the sweet onion sauce. Sad my last 2 sandwiches haven’t gotten it on there.
Nothing like the employees in Cherokee on the reservation! These employees (most likely students ) were raised right! Always polite even though we get someone different almost each time but the young lady tonight (April 17 2024 approx 6:30-7 pm) on the register was the sweetest & the young man working with her! Stores always clean & prefer this one over any in the area !
The food taste bad the chicken has a sour taste the people don’t want to do there job the service sucks get

Unfortunately the staff here are clearly bored and not doing their jobs. They have a 92 sanitation rating. Despite us being the only two customers in the store and two employees on shift, there was trash and food in the ground and there tables were clearly not wiped.

Honestly very disappointed, not only in the poor service, but in the size and quality of the food, I mean I can go to any competitor pay the same amount of money and get a sub I can get full on, I mean it's pathetic to have a paper thin sub, with hardly any topings that I asked for. Needs to do better
92 sanitary rating way below Subway norm. Service has went south at this location. Lack adult supervision and need more training. My sandwich had pieces of bone in it that I bite down on twice. All staff goes to back when last person in line served. Have seen customer walk out after waiting several minutes. Toaster has been out of order over 1 week.
This was the best sub I've had in a long time. The employees were very professional and, even though they were busy, we were in and out in less than 7 minutes.
