Bojangles has made significant improvements with its new store manager, who is working hard to enhance the customer experience. The service is amazing, with kind and respectful cashiers. While the food can be hit-or-miss, with some items like fries being overly salty, the restaurant is capable of delivering fresh orders, including Bo-Rounds, with excellent customer service.
