3rd time they have messed up not putting toppings I have paid for, service is poor especially with online orders, food is good when its what you ordered

Walked in 45 minutes before closing. There was no greeting, just staring at us. We asked if they were still open and they refused to answer. They told us they were too busy so we left.
We were the only customers in the store. None in the drive through.

Subway on Unity St, Thomasville NC was truly horrible! I try to look for the good but this Subway sucks! Tomatoes looked like they had been out for about a week. Asked for extra Mayonnaise and I thought it came out of their back pocket. My last time!

This is the 2nd time that I’ve order footlongs from this specific location thinking I was about to get atleast a decent sub. Twice, u guys literally put a small drizzle line of sauce of the sub to the point where it’s a “dry sub”. I asked for sauce simply because I wanted the moisture content & added flavor, but I don’t get that…at all. Thanks but no thanks. Won’t be a next time. Good luck with that. I’m not paying extra for sauce. Save money & lose customers lol how about that

Poor new person, first day on the job and no one was willing to train him.. the other staff member, ( who needs a hair net, hair all over the place) just left him to sink. The owner does not care. Won't go back there.

Secondly, there’s more sauce on this sandwich than toppings. In fact there are 2 pieces of turkey and a HALF piece of bacon. No, I didn’t order extra sauce.
