It was okay ...that's pushing itParking: Just to much kaos especially with how long the line gets for the drive thru...it gets to the point where the line is to road where the main street is and if you the last one in line it's not only scary bc you get hit a sitting duck basically in the middle of the street they need to rethink the drive thru situation and I believe parking would be a bit easier if you were either going inside to eat or to go.

Food is good when it's right. No one works the front counter anymore, elderly people who don't do technology as well as the newer generations just get ignored until they seek out a worker. Then, they are rudely told to use the ordering kiosks. I've helped more than 1 person order on the touch screens because the workers just brush them off. The dining room is often dirty, and the rugs at the soda machine need to be professionally cleaned. It smells horrible over there!

Drive thru of course they gave me the wrong order when I returned it they gave me a second order still not my order finally got it right on the 3rd try don't go there after inside closes ?

Don't have much say but it is ridiculous that you pay for soft tacos that hardly have anything in them and you try to call the restaurant to let them know about the soft tacos that hardly have anything in them and it really makes you mad that this location does that to customers, guaranteed if it was any of the managers or employees there at that location in Thomasville nc that got served this they would be outraged on of no answers the phone either , Poor Business

Order was missing 3 items and the "volcano" burrito was just a beefy melt with hot or Diablo sauce on it.

I quit going to taco bell because my order was always wrong and I have to ask a million times for hot sauce. I dont know a single person that goes to tacobell and doesnt get hot sauce. I decided to try again today and I cant say I was surprised when they gave me the totally wrong order and came running outside to give me the right order which had zero hot sauce in it when I asked twice. Once at the order speaker and a second time when I handed them my payment. Still no hot sauce. I got a wrong and a right order and neither have hot sauce. Get your s*** together Taco Bell.
