Please pay attention to the front of the restaurant. Trying to get someone's attention to get your food while it just sits there on the counter getting cold is ridiculous!
I eat Taco Bell frequently. I’d go so far as to call myself an avid consumer. I’ve eaten at Taco Bells in many cities, many states, and under many circumstances.

The recently renovated Taco Bell has a beautiful new building with improved parking space, though the drive-thru line can get long and extremely slow. The staff are mixed in terms of friendliness. The food, including the grilled cheese burrito, new cantina quesadilla, and Tostada Supreme Tacos, is great and delicious when made correctly. However, the drive-thru situation can be chaotic and parking is a challenge. Inside, the lack of staff at the front counter and cleanliness issues are noted; the dining area, drink area, and condiments area are nasty and dirty. The customer service wasn't the best and the overall experience could be better.
