I’ve had the BBQ several times and it is always delicious! I decided to try something different and had the Carolina Burger and onion rings. It was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The onion rings were crispy and will be ordered again.

Off season and it took 50 minutes to get two classic burgers and onion rings to our table. The waitress said she didn't know why it took so long. Im a local and very dissatisfied on there service. I work on the island and have a hour for lunch not 2. I must say the food was good.

They have a great variety of options, and none of them will disappoint. We frequent Larry's and I have ordered many different items and always been very pleased. We've also taken large family and friend groups who order a variety, and everyone is pleased. Great quality food, good portions, and very friendly staff.
One of only 2 restaurants open in Topsail that evening, we were really hoping to try the menu, unfortunately not only was the bar very understaffed, the ambiance was chaotic, similar to that of a train station and the staff didn't seem to step outside their lanes to help out.
After 20 minutes of standing around with no hopes of getting a drink anytime soon, it was time to go. Cheers!

I had a cheeseburger and it was delicious! The cheese was a sharp cheddar and it gave the burger great flavor. A brioche bun added to the experience. My wife had the Reuben and also found it to be excellent! While I didn't sample any of them on this stop, they offer some great looking desserts and several flavors of ice cream. I'll definitely give those a try on my next visit. The people I dealt with at the restaurant were super friendly. (One of them was Larry's wife, Holly.) The south end of the island desperately needed a restaurant like this! Please give them a try on your next visit to Topsail Beach!

Don't waist your money. All sandwiches are $12 and do not include a side. The burgers are $12 small and do not include a side. They say the beans are smoked. Nothing about any of the food showed signs of being smoked. It was so disappointing. I wish I could get my money back to spend on something delicious.

First time trying Larry's. Started Four Cousins year opened. It's excellent. Got the que special to go. Que is great with nice smoke flavor, a little dry but next time I will ask for extra vinegar sauce. Okra very good. Beans could use few more onions but acceptable. Corny bread was moist and corny. The best was tater tots OMG do I detect bacon grease?! Will definitely return.
