The food was great but the service sucked. The waitress acted like it made them mad to refill the drinks. They never once came back to check if we needed something else.
Normally Koto’s is one of my favorite places to eat. I was very disappointed when I had lunch there today. The food was way below average. I had chicken and filet and the meat was chopped up and contained gristle and fat. There were no bite size pieces of chicken. I ask for broccoli but didn’t have one piece of broccoli.
