Had to take back my food because I was given the wrong items and it was not busy by any means. When I returned the item they argued that the item was what I ordered. Thank you to the tall gentleman that was working the front for being patient and helpful.

Apparently ordering food from an actual human is no longer allowed here. I stood at the counter for several minutes while employees walked by, looked straight at me, and chose to ignore me like I was invisible. No greeting, no “one moment,” nothing. If this McDonald’s only wants customers to use kiosks, then put up a sign instead of wasting people’s time. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I left without ordering and won’t be back anytime soon.

There have been a few times I’ve come by this McDonalds and service can be slow and orders can be mixed up. But we always come back bc life with two picky eaters leaves us with little options for something quick. Today after church we stopped in for lunch. This has been the best experience in a McDonald’s that I have had in months. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, everything was exactly how we ordered it and the associates were very helpful with anything we needed. Keep up the good work Taylorsville McDonald’s!

I love McDonald's, 8 had the fillet of fish sandwich, fries and a cookie. The cookie was just coming out of the oven so it was still warm and tasty. The fish sandwich is really good They are always very welcoming at the Taylorsville nc McDonalds , my family likes going there
This has got to be the worst place. Twice we've come and after ordering food, it's either a 25 minute wait or longer. Using the curbside is no better. We arrive, get the notification that the food is on the way, 10 minutes goes by and nothing. Go inside and get passed by no less than 3 employees with no concern or customer service to even ask if they could be of help. I'll never return to this store.
