Food is usually good, sometimes drive thru takes a while other times it's fast. I go mainly for my kids and their food is always good, but the iced coffee is a hit or mess depending on who makes it that day.

The staff’s attitude was completely unacceptable. I was continuously spoken over while trying to place my order, and the audible sighs when I asked for clarification were downright disrespectful. That level of rudeness is inexcusable. On top of that, my fries were carelessly tossed into the bag with no regard for presentation or quality. This experience was beyond disappointing.

Decided to go here after a trip to Emerald Hollow. Worst decision ever. Ordered a cheeseburger no pickle, a medium sweet tea no ice, and a medium Coke Zero. They put ice in the tea. They also made the coke a small, and it was regular coke instead of Coke Zero. They complained about how busy it was and they spit in your drink if you complain.

This place is by far the worst McDonald's I've probably ever ate at, and not so much the food, it's just the service is straight out terrible. I believe almost every time I'd go there my order would always be missing something or they ask you for something in the drive thru and you don't even receive it, knowing you paid a lot of money for it. Seems like after 2020, people either got despise on hiring or Americans have straight up got completely lazy on doing a job, I mean also every fast food has gotten terrible after 2020 covid pandemic.
This is the second time this month that the bottoms of the Big Mac buns were so hard it was not edible and should not have even been served. Unfortunately we went through drive through and drove home so we couldn’t take back the sandwiches. We had to discard the bun to eat the rest of the sandwich. I say we because my daughter got a Big Mac as well, and had the same problem. Hopefully someone will read this and care enough so this doesn’t happen again.

I spent $40 on a mobile order for curbside pick up before taking my daughter to school this morning. I pulled into a curbside spot, but the app wasn't working (not their fault) . I sent my daughter in to let them know and the associate was not helpful. I then who was not dressed or prepared to go in had to go in to talk to someone. Again associate was not helpful at all, the manager was cussing in the background because she was lost in where they were at with orders. The only one that seemed to help was the man that had tattoos on his face. He was sweet, apologetic and got my order for me . While I was waiting on the rest of my cold food an associate had taken a baby that was in a car seat from behind the counter and put it up on the counter inside where customers receive their food. Very unprofessional, slow and not accurate at all. My bagel was missing sauce, sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle was missing sausage and all our food was cold. I never use apps because Im always afraid of problems, but the one time I use it this all occurs! So much for curbside . I normally don't have a problem with this location in the morning going through drive thru, they must have had the wrong staff/management working this morning.

I don't care how your day is going but when I spend 30 dollars at your store that pays you ck every week I expect to be listened to what I want with my nuggets. Instead of be yelled at that it is on the paper which I know it wasn't cause the girl never ask me ...... so slow down and shape up j
