Awesome service.. everyone was so nice and professional.. clean areas around the food. No insects flying around.. and made to order.

Jersey Mike's Subs is a new restaurant that has received mixed reviews but also some high praise. Customers appreciate the friendly and hardworking staff, especially during busy times, and commend the excellent customer service, with some staff members going above and beyond to handle orders efficiently. The restaurant is praised for its cleanliness and the fast, convenient service. Many are excited about the new location, noting that it is a welcome addition to the area and a better alternative to other local options.
However, there are concerns about food quality at the new location; some customers find the meat does not taste fresh, although there has been noticeable improvement, such as the parmesan roll. One customer, who enjoys JM's chicken cheesesteaks at other locations, is hopeful that the food quality will improve over time. Overall, the restaurant is seen as a promising spot with great service, and many look forward to becoming regular customers.
