The food was fresh, generous and exactly what I wanted. I love that they sell the 45 sauce by the pint, it is so good and highly recommended. Service was fast and my server Abbigail was fantastic. “I was on vacation with 3 other couples. we had a reservation on 8/22/25. Our server "Q" was great and did a wonderful job going over the specials and recommendations. The french onion soup was delicious. I am typically not a steak person, but decided to try the petite filet with garlic butter and the baked potato. It was phenomenal and I was very pleased with my choice. others got the ribs, lamb, lobster bisque, a plethora of sides, cheescake and lava cake....nothing was less than delicious. Bonus, I got engaged here as well“

“I'm a semi-regular here for lunch because of the fast and friendly service. Yesterday that was taken to a while new level. I left my debit card at home and was hoping to use Google or Samsung pay. Unfortunately, they only take Apple pay. Darius, the awesome guy who directs traffic during lunch, took care of my meal for me. I was/am beyond grateful. They were even giving out flowers yesterday and I got a cute little bouquet. Love this place!“

“Been to McAlister's Deli before in other areas but this was our first trip to the location in Mooresville. Overall, we had a really good experience. We ordered the pick two and got a Pecanberry Salad with a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch sandwich along with a Caesar Salad with a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. The food tasted great and the prices were just as good. The service was somewhat slow but there was only one person working the counter and also a lot of to-go orders being placed. We will definitely be back again!“

“The food was absolutely delicious! The ambience is amazing and welcoming. Our server, Mercedes, was so helpful, patient and upbeat. She was very attentive. Our food came out hot and fast. Our only complaint was the lack of available silverware. Somehow they ran out of silverware. Many guests had that complaint during our visit. Sounds like management needs to buy less pictures for the walls and more silverware. Also please beware that it is also a $2.99 charge for each game that you play on the kiosk while waiting for your food. It is not posted on the kiosk or before starting the game. It just shows up on your bill. Otherwise, I recommend this restaurant location. The staff was nice and helpful throughout.“

Poor service. While waiting in the long line, the cashier gets into a LONG drawn out conversation with the person at the front of the line. Most of it not having to do with ordering food. Then just allows this person at the front of the line to just stand there and mess with her cash in her hand trying to decide how she wants to pay.
When we finally reach the front of the line the cashier asks if we would like to leave a tip. WHAT?!? The cashier greatly extends our wait, she is doing NOTHING to speed up the process and then asks for a tip? If I stand to order, there is NO tip. I get my food myself, I get my drinks myself. My re-fills myself and you want a tip!!! Open up a second register so I can order and sit down instead of listening to the cashier and employee talk nonsense to each other and I will think about it.“
