“Visiting family nearby and found this place while looking for local restaurants in the area. Was not disappointed at all, we got bagel sandwiches and all were fantastic!! The owners are super friendly and accommodating, they triple checked the orders to make sure they were correct!! Will definitely be back to order a dozen bagels to take home!! My favorite bagel was the french toast, so yummy!! I can’t say enough good things about this place - definitely worth a visit or two!!“

“First-time customer. Want a great local Statesvile succes story. The menu is extensive and easily customisable. Charity, our server, was very knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and took excellent care of us. Felt like I was in a historical, local favourite. Full house at 12:30 and we took last table. Love the local memorabilia.
Enjoy the STP DIPPER and hot dog.
When in Statesville, give Grocho's a visit.“

“I’ve been to a few different Chick-fil-A’s before but this one is now my favorite. We’re traveling and decided to stop and I’m glad I did. My chicken sandwich was the best I ever had. The chicken was larger than the bun, which never happens and it was cooked to perfection. Crispy and delicious. Thank you to the manager of this one.“

“I'm a semi-regular here for lunch because of the fast and friendly service. Yesterday that was taken to a while new level. I left my debit card at home and was hoping to use Google or Samsung pay. Unfortunately, they only take Apple pay. Darius, the awesome guy who directs traffic during lunch, took care of my meal for me. I was/am beyond grateful. They were even giving out flowers yesterday and I got a cute little bouquet. Love this place!“

“Absolutely loved this pizza place! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the decor is so cute—it really adds to the charm. The pizza was incredible—perfectly crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and so many delicious topping options. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they put a lot of care into everything, from the food to the service. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving great pizza.“

“The food is really good. The restaurant was clean. The waitress was friendly. The problem was management. A family near me had finished their meal. The gentleman had scooted his chair out to get up. The chair leg broke and the gentleman fell on the floor. The only people to check on him were the other patrons. No one came to see if he was hurt or the see if he needed another chair...NOTHING!! The waitress came by to give them their bill and asked how he was and that was it. I was upset for the gentleman and the family. They handled the situation with grace. If a family is in the customer service industry, take care of your customers.“

“We went online before we arrived to be added to the waitlist, but it was still a little wait to be seated (It was a Friday night). The hostesses seemed a little off and confused (maybe they were new).
Once we got seated, it took a few minutes before our server came over to introduce herself and then a few more minutes before she came to take our order. She seemed very frazzled. She was nice but seemed nervous. Every time she sat something down on the table, she slammed it down (hopefully not on purpose), but it was loud enough to be startling.
The food was ready surprisingly fast, and it was all accurate and very good.
We would likely visit again, but maybe not on a busier weekend day.“

“Been to McAlister's Deli before in other areas but this was our first trip to the location in Mooresville. Overall, we had a really good experience. We ordered the pick two and got a Pecanberry Salad with a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch sandwich along with a Caesar Salad with a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. The food tasted great and the prices were just as good. The service was somewhat slow but there was only one person working the counter and also a lot of to-go orders being placed. We will definitely be back again!“

“Just got home from trying Flavor House, and I was very pleasantly surprised. A hidden gem. Our waitress, Jerica, was kind, and very helpful! My husband and I both had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. You also get an additional side. I chose fried zucchini sticks, which were the best I have had in years, and my husband had the hot apples, which were not on the menu, but Jerica suggested them, and they were amazing. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the employees were friendly and welcoming. I would suggest giving it a try. My only regret is that I didn't take any pictures to post.“
