“Our food was great. The sushi was delicious, I recommend the dragon egg appetizer. The steak and scallops were cooked perfectly. Not a huge fan of their shrimp sauce, but that's more of a personal preference of taste. Our server was very nice.“

“First time visiting this restaurant and upon walking in, I got some mixed vibes. Personally, I feel like it's lacking identity and the names of the food items on the menu are a bit inappropriate for families with kids (in my opinion). Right when you walk in there was an acoustic artists playing live music and what looked like a nice bar. Then as you enter the restaurant side it did not have much for decoration on the wall. The sounds bounced in the walls so every time someone dropped a dish or glass it was really loud. Service - our waiter was absolutely awesome. He was super attentive, offered some suggestions when I asked questions and helped us pick a Saki. He was on point. Apps came out quick but the main dish took a long time. Food - excellent! The spicy edamame might be the sexiest looking app but loved the sauce. The rice cakes were perfectly crispy. And both sushi rolls... awesome! So the golden scalloped threesome is expensive but soooo good. It's like getting two sushi rolls in one and was super filling. You can see how tall it is compared to the regular sushi roll on the picture. I high recommend. Overall the experience wasn't bad and the food was pretty good. We'd give it another go when in the area!“

“I was craving hibachi and decided to eat here. I ordered hibachi chicken with no veggies. Even though carrots was still added to my tray, I still enjoyed the food. I wish I had more rice (that was the reason for no veggies) but overall the food was straight. I was turned off at the extra dollar for white sauce and the fact they didn’t have ginger, but I feel it is not necessary for an extra cup of white sauce because they give you more than enough with the meal. Unless you want to drench your hibachi with sauce, one should suffice.“

“My wife and I had a great date night here. We usually eat at 5pm in order to get ahead of the rush and get better service and food. This experience was no exception. Service was great, food was fresh. My wife order the orange peel chicken and general tso’s chicken. I ordered a lobster roll and some appetizers. (Gyoza, chicken egg roll and crab rangoon)Great experience and we will come back.Just be aware that the Sushi bar is only available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.Edit: Wife wanted it clarified that we order a lot of extras, with which we plan to take home to eat. She DID NOT eat both dinner selections. I repeat, she DID NOT eat both selections herself.“

“The time we were there. They were busy. We order sushi, and the chef knows it'll take him a while, so they give us free appetizers to compensate for the wait. Also had the miso ramen. The miso ramen tastes pretty good, but I like mine very spicy. When the sushi arrived, it was worth the wait. It tastes great, and we all enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, and the service was great.“

“I stopped in for lunch after always passing by the place but never having time to come in and eat. It's a really small family-owned place, and they were decently busy, but managed exceptionally well for how few people they had working the front.Everything is super affordable, and the portions are really generous. I got the Onion Soup as a appetizer, and it comes with cilantro in it. I've never seen any Japanese place add cilantro to Onion soup before, but it was the best I've ever had.I got the Kyjo Shrimp with Noodles entrée, and it was really large for only being about $13. I feel like it's more than you would get at other places for a comparable amount of money.I didn't get a chance to try any sushi as I was really full after what I had, but I'll definitely be back by again when I'm in the area.“
