About Waffle House

Waffle House in Troutman is a popular 24-hour restaurant known for its good food and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the quality of the meals, especially the cooking, with some mentioning that the cooks do a great job. Servers like Astral, Kenyal, and Landon are often praised for making guests feel welcome and providing exceptional service. Landon is particularly noted for cooking to perfection. Despite the busy atmosphere, especially on special days like Father’s Day, the staff remains attentive and friendly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

However, there are some concerns. Recently, a no in-person carry-out orders sign was put up, which disappointed regulars who usually order and eat in. Some customers find that service can be inconsistent, with staff sometimes appearing lost or distracted, though efforts are made to improve. There was also a less typical experience where someone brought in a placenta, which the staff handled with good service and understanding. Overall, Waffle House in Troutman offers tasty meals, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment, though some feel it could benefit from more personality and fun.
