We stopped to eat here on our way to the beach on Friday 2/22
We were double charged for our food. Our daughter who ordered before us wasn't. I spoke to the manager, she was nice and called the General manager. I was told our 2nd transaction would be refunded Monday 2/25
It never was, luckily my bank credited it back.
We were told at Arby's it was the new computer software that double charged us.. I'm not sure. The young lady taking orders didn't even now the Arby's menu.....read full review
