I have always loved Sonic but I’m getting ready to just quit giving chances for improvement or just an “off” day.
A few months ago we received sour milk milkshakes that we didn’t realize until we got home. Never cared to reimburse or anything.
Today my husband and son ordered at the drive through and after paying were given multiple small cups stating they were out of large and the didn’t have lids for the small. On top of that the coke was flat. WTH

The consistency in food being good. Manager knows what it takes to run a successful business and he is always striving to do that. if you live the place, tell others. If you should run into a problem tell the GM. Fair enough?
