I stop at this Wendy's about twice a week. Most of the times, the Frosties are out, no strawberry or chocolate. Tonight, there was no lemonade or Frosties. Last week there was no Apple Chicken Salad. They only had vanilla Frosties.. This is a norm for this Wendy's. I eat a Wendy's often and this is the only store which seems to be out of one or more items every time I stop there. HELP!
Possibly the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in fast-food. yup, that includes Hardees. I always feel like I'm bothering them while at work to simply work. I've never had someone come to the registers and just stare at me like, GO AHEAD. Ailana may be just having a bad day but it's like this EVERYTIME I stop when riding through. i swear if looks could kill, the guy that told her his order was TO GO after she prepard it for DINE IN without asking, that poor...read full review
The mangers are super rude!! And the food was cold and nasty! 🤮
